Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is normally less than 1 business day.
Do you deliver?
We deliver upon request. There is a delivery fee added based on the location of the delivery.
What’s the minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum order in reference to the quantity of panels or trim, but there is a minimum of 2 feet on all panels.
What gauge metal do you stock?
We stock all colors in 29 gauge metal.
We offer 26 gauge metal in certain colors.
Please refer to our color chart for specifics.
Can you get other style panels?
We manufacture Ag panel, PBR panel, Corrugated panel, and Snap-Lock Standing Seam Panels on site. Other panel styles may be available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards. (We do not accept American Express.)
All checks must have a driver's license number and phone number on the check before it will be accepted.
A 3% processing fee is added to all credit and debit cards.
We do not accept card information over the phone, but we can email invoices for online payment.
How long does it take to get steel trusses?
We keep 24' gables, 30' gables, 40' gables, and 12' lean-to trusses in stock.
For other sized trusses, the current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks once the trusses are paid for.
